Where we ship

We ship to the countries listed at checkout: United States, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, Germany, France, Italy, Spain, Netherlands, Belgium, Sweden, Norway, Denmark, Finland, Austria, Switzerland, Portugal, Poland, Japan, Australia, New Zealand. If your country isn’t listed and you’d like us to consider it, let us know.

When we ship

Each unit’s manifest page lists a ship window (e.g. “Q2 2026”). The window starts when the print queue for that edition closes, not at the moment of reservation. We will email a tracking number from your reservation email when your block leaves the workshop.

Ship windows are estimates. Production-quality issues that push a window are announced via the operator console and email.

How we ship

Kits ship from Blue Mountains, NSW, Australia via Australia Post for Australian orders and DHL Express for international orders. Tracked and signed-for delivery is the default for editions; signature can be waived on request.

Customs and duties

Customs and import duties are your responsibility as the importer of record. We declare the unit’s actual purchase price on the customs form — we do not under-declare. If your parcel is held at customs, the carrier will contact you for any duties owed.

Address changes

You can update your shipping address from the operator console up until the kit enters the print queue for your block. Once a block is in the queue, address changes are at our discretion and may incur a re-routing fee.

Lost or damaged parcels

If your parcel arrives visibly damaged, photograph the outer box before opening and email us within 14 days. We will work with the carrier on an insurance claim and ship a replacement subject to remaining edition availability.

If a tracked parcel does not arrive within 14 days (Australia) or 30 days (international) of the last carrier scan, contact us and we will open an investigation.

Returns

Numbered resin kits are made-to-order — we do not accept returns for change of mind. Defective kits are covered by our Refund Policy and by the consumer guarantees in the Australian Consumer Law (and any equivalent law in your jurisdiction).
